I called to get service on my vehicle. The service dept. was busy after the operator tried twice. She said she left a message for service to call me. I waited 4 hours and decided to call again. The operator tried to get service and on the second try I was finally connected to service. I spoke with Cindy who was very professional with a good demeanor. We set my appointment. I came to my appointment and everything went very well. Cindy is an asset to your company. I came to the dealership
