Ray was awesome and timely. He said he’d call me at the end of the work day to give me a update on major repairs I need, and he stayed true to his word. Not only that, but I asked for a quote of the major repairs needed and he made sure it was all there. This seems simple, but a lot of us know there’s little to no follow through with a dealership’s service department when it comes to situations regarding crucial conversations about major repairs. Ray was the opposite and it was a breath of fresh air.
