My first experience started with a service appointment for my XT4 Cadillac. I was greeted by Service Advisor Raquel Pacheco. He introduced himself and reviewed with me what service was scheduled. What impressed me was his excellent customer service attitude....he focused on me and asked if I had any questions; referenced an additional service which I declined; I explained I was also on site to discuss my upcoming lease ending. He was very gracious. And I might add has a wonderful smile. My next experience was with Robin Holmes in the Sales Department. She had contacted me initially because of my request to discuss my lease end and next steps with regard to a new vehicle. I also discussed with her that at one point I was considering purchasing my leased car but had changed my mind. She asked excellent questions and listened well to my responses. She encouraged me to discuss what changed my mind about purchasing versus a new car. She is an excellent listener and truly provided good feedback. She introduced me to a few other colleagues and by the end of my visit I was well on my way to leasing a new 2026 Equinox. In addition, I am a returning customer to Hertrich and I continue to be impressed with the Service and Sales staff. Congrats to the HR team.

This visit was to get a new set of tires since the original ones had started to make a droaning sound. Kaitie and Matt P were "on it" as usual. Didn't take long to get them installed and 4 wheel alignment. And now my quiet ride is back and feels like new again. I am so glad these two work there as they always know me and I don't stress about my car at all. I was kept up to date with the progress even though they were very busy. It makes what normally would be a chore to go in for maintenance not bad at all.
