Didn’t have such a great sales experience with Patrick while at Hertrich for an oil change, but Nate saved the day by reassuring me that my vehicle was in great shape and recommended a few services to keep it going for many more miles (and he could take care of those services right then).

The representative was excellent and the car was properly serviced as requested.

I've been using Hertrich Cadillac / Chevy for quite a few years now. Katie was my service advisor and Matt P was my mechanic. After both left, I wasn't quite sure how to move forward since I had ultimate faith in both of them. After speaking with Nate on a Saturday regarding rear shock replacement for my Blazer, I got his information and once the rear shocks came in, I emailed for an appointment where he would be onsite as well as John - the mechanic I had chosen from word of mouth at the dealership. I arrived and everything was flawless. Nate was thorough in communicating and understanding and I didn't meet John, but the job was done to perfection. My confidence is again restored with my new friends at Hertrich. As always, my Blazer was returned as I had left it and the entire experience felt like it had before. No drama. Just nice people doing their jobs and happy customers driving away.
